VarAC - HF discussion forum

For 2300 wide mode, are there suggested frequencies for the various bands. I routinely here folks clobbering other users by doing 2300 in the slot system. My mentor on VarAC suggested 14.111 for 20 Meters, but wondered if there were suggested frequencies for other bands.
