Strange TX behaviour
Today I received a B roadcast Message. And I really was astonished to see that my TRX (FT 710) changed to tx and was given an answer.

Well, I was happy that in that moment the trx was connected to a proper antenna and not to something else. I am new to VarAC, but I am sure I never gave any permission/order to go to auto-transmit. I guess it has something to do with V-mail, which I have not activated. Reading the manual give no clear indication of auto-tx out of control of the user.
I know, there are functions of that kind, but I have to activate it. Then it is my responsibility.
I expect, when I set up a new system, I have to give the permission to auto-transmit, at least one time.
- Where I can switch off this off function?
- Please change the setup, so this can not happen without Ops activation

If you have no appropriate antenna connected, turn off PTT. It is standard behaviour that VarAC automatically transmits in certain circumstances - beacons, pathfinder replies, answer connect requests...
