When I place mouse pointer over bottom of window
Items GPS or Email Gate - for example the info box popup blinks and is not open long enough to read
This could happen when you are on "MAXIMIZED MODE" as the hover-tooltip is going over the bottom windows task bar. I dont have a good fix for this for now. But I'll keep searching for one.
