Installed new version 7.3.0 now I am suddenly I can no longer connect nor see stations. I am getting this error message: "Unable to send command to Com port. Make sure Omnirig or other programs are NOT holding this COM port.Access to the port 'COM3' is denied.

Unable to send command to Com port. Make sure Omnirig or other programs are NOT holding this COM port.Access to the port 'COM3' is denied." I have shut down and restarted but still this "test" fails. Any suggestions please? thanks
