    Writable path problem…

    in VarAC discussion forum

    I downloaded vara ac I already had vara Hf that I use for winlink, but when I open vara ac and then try to save the ptt settings it tells me to choose a more writable path.🤷‍♂️ then I’m not able to save my settings and get the radio to key up. I know this is a noob question but how do i fix it? ( and please don’t say find a better writable path) 😅 I need a little more detail than that to understand 😅🤦‍♂️🥴

    Well we need a bit more detailed info, for starters what is the path you installed VarAC in? I like to put some of my Ham radio programs in a Folder called C:\Apps and then subsequent folders under that. Such as:

    Try to run VarAC as administrator (right click varac.exe and selecy "run as admintrator".). Let me know if it work this way.

    There is obviousky an access issue. Leave this field empty and lmk.

    Put the varac install directory to check.
